What is the difference between RT18-32 and VOPV-32?

RT18-32 is the AC version rated up to AC 500/690 V with a stated 100 kA breaking capacity. VOPV-32 is the photovoltaic DC version rated up to DC 1000 V with a stated 33 kA breaking capacity.

Which fuse-link size does this unit accept?

Both versions use the cylindrical 10 × 38 mm fuse-link format. The fuse utilization category and current rating must still be selected for the actual circuit.

What rated-current options are available?

The supplied data lists 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 16, 20, 25, 30 and 32 A options.

Can the fuse carrier be opened while the circuit is loaded?

No. The product marking states that it must not be operated under load. The circuit must be safely isolated and verified before service.

Can multiple poles be assembled together?

Yes. The supplied drawing lists 1P, 1P+N, 2P, 3P, 3P+N and 4P arrangements with widths from 18 mm to 72 mm.
